Stiles Home Hub – Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026 · Published by Stiles Home Rehab

Stiles Home Hub is built to keep your information on your own device. We do not run servers that collect your data, and we have no user accounts.

Data stored on your device

Your maintenance tasks, the location you chose for weather, your contact's phone number, and app settings are saved only on your device (in the app's local storage). They are never sent to us. Deleting the app removes them.

Location

If you allow it, the app uses your device's approximate location only to fetch your local weather forecast. The coordinates (or a city name you search for) are sent to Open-Meteo, a free weather service, to get the forecast. We do not store or share your location. You can deny location access and search for a city instead.

Notifications

Maintenance reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push notification servers are used.

Text messages

The "Text Jerry" button opens your phone's own messaging app with a pre-filled message. The app does not send, read, or store your messages.

No tracking

The app has no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not sell or share any personal information.

Third-party service

Open-Meteo receives weather requests as described above. See the Open-Meteo terms and privacy information.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
